Finding a pet-friendly apartment in this dog-crazy city can be surprisingly difficult, but luckily many of the apartments on this week's Hot Dozen--the 12 apartments Streeteasy.com visitors clicked on most often over the past seven days--allow furry friends.

A townhouse studio on 308 West 98th Street and West End Avenue is listed for $1,250/month and accepts pets on a case-by-case basis. The apartment has a sleep loft, increasing the (running around) space of the home, and is only a few blocks from Central Park, making those dog walks a little more scenic.

A two-bedroom apartment at 453 West 36th Street and 10th Avenue is listed at $2,000/month, giving you good size with a relatively good price. The downside is that you're on the far extremity of Midtown West, a stone's throw from the hectic Lincoln Tunnel...and it's just been rented.

A three-bedroom apartment at 10 West 28th Street and Broadway is listed at $3,850/month. The apartment was recently renovated, meaning granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances decorate the kitchen, and the location, a minute-long walk to the subway and Madison Square Park, gives you everything at your fingertips. Plus, guarantors are accepted, making this apartment perfect for a share between young roommates (and their pups, too).

For more of the most popular listings of the week--from studios to three- bedrooms, elevator buildings to walkups--check out the links below.

If the apartment you like requires a guarantor that you don't have, see if the landlord accepts Insurent, a great solution from one of BrickUnderground's sponsors.
