If you’re prepared to shell out some big bucks for a fully-loaded apartment, check out this week's Open House Scorecard, the 10 listings saved to StreetEasy users’ open house planners more often than any others this weekend.

In Gramercy Park, a two-bedroom condo is on the market for $1.5m (pictured). The unit features floor-to-ceiling windows with city views and a view of the Empire State Building. Miele appliances and California Closets are complemented by 3D Samsung Smart TVs and Bose surround sound systems. The kitchen and bathrooms have top-of-the-line finishes, and the living room features a modern electric fireplace and Somfy automated blinds. One downside: a virtual doorman.

You can see the river from every room in a $1.25m two-bedroom co-op on Riverside Drive between 96th and 97th Streets, which is in mint condition following a gut renovation that included electric, plumbing, new walls, new floors and more. The corner unit also has wired stereo speakers throughout, and elevator-building low maintenance ($1,410) that will get lower when the underlying mortgage is paid off in 2014. No dogs or pied-a-terres are allowed.

Over in Williamsburg, a $750k two-bedroom duplex penthouse condo has two (small) balconies and a private roof terrace, as well as central heat and a/c. It’s located on Roebling Street between North Eighth and North Seventh Streets and features a dishwasher, microwave and an in-unit W/D. The common charges are fairly low at $324, and a 421/A tax abatement is in place. Note: It’s a walk-up with a video intercom.
