No-Fee Apartment of the Week: $3,150 two-bedroom in Williamsburg

This $3,150 two-bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is on bustling Bedford Avenue. The building is a new development and apartments have washer/dryer hook-ups. There's also a roof deck on top and bike storage in the basement (naturally, in a neighborhood like Williamsburg).

Pros: The apartment and building are modern, and the place has central a/c and a hot tub. The neighborhood is full of 20-somethings and has a really active nightlife and restaurant scene. More good news for students (and other lightly employed): The landlord accepts guarantors.

Cons: The hipster-heavy neighborhood might turn some people off. The layout (a duplex) could be a little unusual. The nearest subway is the L, which can be a nightmare on the weekends.
