Tribeca secondhand smoke suit: Complaint now online

Last Thursday's post about a Tribeca family suing their condo neighbor over secondhand smoke got a lot of people clicking for more information.  Those of you fighting for your own air rights may wish to delve deeper into the complaint itself, which we've attached below.

The complaint alleges two causes of action--one for nuisance and one for negligence--and details the building's underlying engineering problems affecting air circulation as well as the extent of the family's suffering and failed attempts to influence their neighbor's behavior.
